CHRISTMAS PARTY - TERMS & CONDITIONS
MAKING A BOOKING
A booking must be confirmed in writing and must be accompanied by a payment of a deposit of £10 per person attending. This secures the venue on the event date.
Dates, timings, and Estimated Numbers will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
The deposit and all scheduled payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
The deposit is non-refundable. Meaning in the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be put towards an existing booking.
PAYMENT
Payment for your event is made of a deposit and your final payment.
The payment schedule will be explained to you at the time of confirming your booking.
The Final Payment will be due 3 weeks before the event date, and will be based on the Final Number of guests agreed, which must be provided to us at least 3 weeks prior to the event in writing.
If you do not inform us of the Final Numbers in accordance with the above conditions, the Final Numbers will be deemed to be the Estimated Numbers.
Any changes to the Final Numbers must be confirmed to us no later than 21 days prior to the event in writing.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Dietary requirements will need to be communicated to the venue 3 weeks prior to your event, when your final balance is due. We can only cater for dietary requirements if we know in advance. We will not be able to provide any alternative dietary meal on the night unless reordered.
You will need to complete and return the dietary requirement form given to you at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION BY YOURSELVES
Cancelling your Event with more than 3 weeks notice. You may cancel or postpone your event package at any time provided that the change or cancellation is made via email. In these circumstances we will retain your deposit, and cancellations made after any balances have been paid will result in forfeiture of all monies paid or due at that time.
Cancelling your Event with less than 3 weeks notice. Should you need to cancel your event we will require an email from the lead booker confirming your booking date and reason for cancellation. Cancellations with less than 3 weeks notice will be charged at 100% of the contracted booking price. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
LOSS, DAMAGE AND CONDUCT
You shall be liable to us for our costs, losses, fines, penalties or other liabilities resulting from any loss of or damage to property at the venue or a breach of the terms of the booking caused either by you or any member of your party whether deliberate or accidental or through negligence or otherwise.
You shall not, and shall ensure that each of your party shall not act in an illegal manner or in a manner which may cause us to be in breach of any law or the terms of our licence for the sale of alcohol or for music and dancing at the venue.
Any entertainment booked by you must also abide to our licence and noise limiter.
We expect all members of the event party to behave in a reasonable and respectful manner to other guests and members of staff at all times and we reserve the right to ask any person not behaving in this manner to leave our premises immediately.
The Venue cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to any 3rd party items. The organizer accepts full responsibility for any items supplied by them or by an outside company employed on behalf of the organiser.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY US
In such event that we need to cancel your event, the company will contact you as soon as possible and refund any advance payment made, but will have no further liability to the customer.
