When it comes to our menus we believe in providing the best of British. We take pride in serving the most delicious homemade dishes and our bespoke menus are designed with thought and attention to detail. Our passionate chefs cook fresh dishes from the garden and kitchen using the best locally sourced ingredients. Many of the menus are tailored to use our home grown produce from the walled garden and we research trends adding new specials to the menu each year.
The marquee has a large kitchen and the menus are prepared and cooked fresh on site by our full time team of chefs. We also cook outside throughout the year offering hog roasts, oil drum BBQ’s and Paella pans.
From fizz to fruit cider, dressed with flowers or served from ice buckets, we stock it all. Or at least we can if you want us too, we are able to do a flexibar where you can have our drinks, do a part corkage option and bring your own wines or well empty the bar and you can do a full corkage.
Wines are sourced annually providing you with the best award winning bottles from around the world. Ales are from Blue Monkey or Dancing Duck who are both local brewery’s. We can serve drinks tall drinks outside in the garden under the band stand or bottled beers from our old Victorian sink.
